Tera Baker - Applications & Marketing Manager
Tera Baker is the Applications & Marketing Manager for Nedap’s US Dairy Business, where a central focus is innovating for the farm of the future. She hails from Michigan and has deep roots with dairy all the way back to being born literally in the house on her family’s dairy farm! She received a BS in Agribusiness Management from Michigan State University, and an MBA from Central Michigan University. She has spent time working for Elanco and Agrilabs in the pharmaceutical sector, and later pivoted to the precision technology side of agriculture working with Topcon focusing on animal feeding and livestock weighing solutions. As a graduate of the Holstein Foundation’s Young Dairy Leaders Institute, Tera has a keen interest in working with the future of the dairy industry and now serves as an advisor to the program. She also serves the National Holstein Association as the Junior Advisory Committee regional representative, and advises the Michigan Junior Holstein Association. On a local level Tera’s passion project is working with Farm Bureau as her county Young Farmer Chair and constantly seeking to engage and unite the incoming generation of farmers and agribusiness professionals.
