Ralf de Haan - Director Data & Analytics, Pon Holdings
Ralf has over 10 years experience in the field of data & analytics. After a short career as a professional soccer player and a master's degree in Business Analytics, he started his career at EY and is currently working for Pon for the last 4,5 years. In his current role, Ralf is responsible for the data-driven Pon program focusing on data literacy, data management, reporting and data science. He started setting up and growing a team of 20 data scientists to show and deliver maximum value out of data, and is now "working it's way back" on the data-driven ladder. A pragmatic and so far successful approach.
