Donald De Jong - Co-Owner/Chief Executive Officer, Natural Prairie Dairy
Donald De Jong serves as co-owner and chief executive officer for Natural Prairie Dairy — one of the largest, family-operated organic dairy farms in the U.S. based in Hartley, Texas. Natural Prairie Dairy’s mission is to deliver best-in-class organic milk from their family to yours.
Donald also serves as owner and CEO of AgriVision Farm Management, LLC — a company that oversees management for 27 of their family-owned and operated agricultural businesses, including Natural Prairie Dairy.
Donald has recently launched the De Jong Foundation, an organization whose mission is to empower dairy farmers worldwide, with his wife Cheri. Donald attended California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California, and majored in agribusiness management. In addition to his duties at AgriVision and Natural Prairie Dairy, Donald is currently the chairman of Select Milk Producers, Inc., as well as the chairman of the Texas Department of Agriculture Organic Advisory Board. Additionally, he serves as a director on the Greater Southwest Milk Marketing Agency and fairlife boards. He also serves as a trustee and the Capital Campaign Co-Chair for the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity Foundation
