Blake Foraker, Ph.D

Blake Foraker is a recent Ph.D. graduate from the meat science program at Texas Tech, where his dissertation research focused on growth, carcass, and meat traits of crossbred beef × dairy cattle. His expertise pertains to meat animal growth, carcass composition, and eating quality. He holds a B.S. in animal science from Kansas State and an M.S. in meat science from Colorado State.
