Adam Hardie

Adam Hardie - Danone North America

Adam Hardie is the Agricultural Lead, Western Farm Supply for Danone North America. Joining Danone North America in 2017, Adam works on implementing their Soil Health Program as well as transforming parts of their milk supply to non-GMO Project Verified. Adam believes that building strong long-term relationships with farmers and having an openly collaborative approach is the best way to improve their livelihoods, deliver these programs, and improve the way in which we produce food for our world.

Prior to Danone North America, Adam worked for Cargill Animal Nutrition for 6 years in the Western United States as a dairy nutritionist and as a consultant on direct milk supply relationships between family farms and large consumer packaged goods companies, including Danone.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business from Cornell University and hails from his family’s dairy farm in Central New York.
