Molly Sloan is the Director of People Development and HR for URUS, the parent company of AgSource, Alta, GENEX, Jetstream, PEAK/Genesis, SCCL, and VAS.

She previously spent twelve years with Alta in a variety of roles, including consulting, sales, marketing, and people development management. She has worked with global dairy producers in more than 15 countries to build and implement genetic plans. Her recent focus has been creating, developing, and delivering live and online training programs for both internal staff and progressive dairy producers, including the newly launched dairylearning.com project. She lives in Columbus, WI with her husband Matt and her son, Dane.
